Mr. Conoly’s employment with the well respected firm of Shaver and Zgouvas, Inc. ended after 14 years with Frank Shaver’s retirement. During those years, Steven developed strong professional relationships with many prominent architectural firms which continues today.
Steven’s interest and early college education in Architecture is reflected in his work. His design philosophy is to assist the architect in providing aesthetically appealing spaces where people enjoy their surroundings. This personal feature has contributed in many successful projects and relationships with architects and clients. The use of creative lighting techniques that are functional, energy efficient, easily maintained and within budget should be utilized. Mr. Conoly is currently involved in the following professional organizations:

- Member, Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)
